Welcome to It's a (weekly) Wrap!

This week's theme was S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goals which is one of my favorite topics! In this episode, I recap the Mindful Monday, Fitness & Health Tidbit Tuesday, The Wednesday Q&A and Food Fact Friday posts all of which highlight aspects of the weekly theme.

Mindful Monday: 11s S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goals - because when it comes to UR health, a S.M.A.R.T. Goal just-won't-do. So what do I mean by a S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goal? A S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goal is one that provides you with Everlasting Results. That sounds great, right? But how can you turn a S.M.A.R.T. Goal into a S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goal. Well, this can be achieved by creating AND executing a five-step building block process project, which is exactly what is done in The Building Blocks Blueprint online course and one-on-one health coaching sessions. Clients go through the nine-week process of systematically completing all five of the Build UR Best U Building Blocks. This takes commitment, patience and a true desire for change.

Fitness & Health Tidbit Tuesday: 1m 21s And then on Tuesday, we had the Fitness & Health Tidbit Tuesday post which reinforced that setting fitness & health S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goals are essential to long-term success. I also shared within the post itself, five reasons why this was so important.

The Wednesday Q&A: 1m 45s And then in our new series, The Wednesday Q&A, we reviewed each of the five Building Blocks.

Food Fact Friday: 1m 57s And finally, this morning in Food Fact Friday, it was asked, "Hey! Did you know that weight loss goals are often set too broad?" So please remember, when it comes to your fitness & health, setting S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goals will be one of the most important aspects to UR success. And, as with all of the Build UR Best U posts, I share which Building Block the information is covered in...Well, when it comes to S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goals...these are written in Building Block #2.
