If you're like me, you work at your desk on your computer for several hours a day. Well, do you ever find that all of sudden you realize that you are hunching over in a really awkward uncomfortable position? And think to yourself, "My gosh, why am I sitting this way? No wonder my neck and back are so tight!" You then sit back up nice and tall, shake it off and go back to work.
The next time that happens, what I would like for you to do is this simple stretching and breathing exercise that you can do right from your desk! In this video, I'm going to walk you through this technique step-by-step which is why this episode of Nuts-n-Bolts is so much longer. However, please know that once you get the hang of it, this simple exercise will only take you about 3 to 5 minutes to complete but will do you wonders!

The take away is that if you work at a desk on a computer all day long, you have to take a break! If you have time to get up and go for a walk then great! Go for it! If not, then try this simple 3-to-5 minute stretching and breathing exercise that you can do directly from your desk!
