Can't believe we did it but Cooper and I got another outdoor winter run in :-) We did a little longer warm-up, .5 mile run and then I did two-minutes of jump rope while Cooper supervised. Washed and repeated for a total cardio workout of 40 minutes :-) I then went and did a chest, tri and ab workout while Cooper went on break.
