Coach Beckie has had a lifelong commitment to fitness & health. However, after surviving a terrible accident, she ended-up gaining weight, her fitness & health levels dropped and she lost her athlete identity. It wasn't until she developed this five-step building block process that she was able to re-build and get her fitness & health back on-track.

Wanting to share what she created with others was the catalyst for Coach Beckie to start her health coaching business, Build UR Best U, LLC.

The five-step building block process is the easiest way to move into the the healthy life you want after getting derailed from the life you knew. 

Building Blocks #1, #2 and #3: ACCEPT - ALIGN - ACTION build the foundation that enable you to reach your goals.
Building Blocks #4 and #5: ASSESS/ADJUST - ADAPT will empower you to sustain them.

ALIGN

Here you ALIGN so that you can
create your
Fitness & Health Success Project™. 
No two projects are the same because you create a plan that is right for you, tailored to your specific life circumstances and to your fitness & health levels.

Building Block #3
ACTION

The next thing to do is to take (the right) ACTIONs. 
This will not only help you to stay on-track but by working
Building Blocks #3 & #4 in tandem,
you'll begin turning your HABITs into NON-NEGOTIABLE behaviors which is a key to sustaining your
fitness & health goals.

Building Block #4
ASSESS / ADJUST

What's also important is to learn how to ASSESS your progress and to ADJUST when needed. This is also helping you to stay on-track because again, it's Build Blocks #3 and #4 where you establish your HABITs and turn them into NON-NEGOTIABLE behaviors.

Building Block #5
ADAPT

As with any project, there is a start date and an end date. It is now time to hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE and perform your Final Walkthrough ... this is also where you put the Finishing Touches on your Project (i.e. what worked, what did not work, and how you intend to move forward) and then you sign-off on it moving forward with your newly established healthier lifestyle.
